I filed my marriage based AOS packet (130, 485, 131 and 765) on 2/20/2022 and I-130 was ever since on "Case received status". On 1/24/2023, I-130 changed to "Actively Being ... I-130 & I-485 (AOS) Good morning and thanks for the help. I applied for a marriage based green card (I -130 and I - 485). Since the biometrics, that took place back at the beginning of August, my online case status is " case is being actively reviewed by the uscis". Is anyone else in the same state or know how long does this state last? Thanks. Sometimes it can be in actively reviewed for a while. Approval can come soon or later there’s no telling when.
