Well, this week, it’s just the littles and me on Nantucket as yesterday, Andrew and the bigs flew back to McKinney for a few days for work and sports camps. My Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas look fancy, but they’re really pretty easy to make! Buffalo Chicken Paninis for a quick lunch or dinner! All you do is assemble, heat and eat! Oh goodness, these Saucy Buffalo Chicken Sliders are so super simple! You’ll want to make these again and again!Jul 14, 2022 · bACK in Nantucket (again!) Yes, yes, yes, we need to move to Nantucket because at this point, we’re trying to be there as much as humanly possible. I know. I’ll keep you posted when/if we do, but for now, last week, just the hubs and I went for a few days and spoiler alert, had the best time.
