There are two triggers and manually-cocked hammers (firing pins are visible). The only markings are simple engravings on both sides with the words "New Ithaca .... Kubota mx5400 weight

It your shotgun's barrels are rollmarked 'fluid steel' then, yes, if everything else about the shotgun is in proper working condition, it should be safe to use.
