International parked regen not working - I finally figured the least time consuming and diesel usage was to put it in parked regen when ever soot level reaches mid 70%.( Tractor regen occurs at 77% - 78%) Usually takes 30 - 40 minutes and done to get to 0% soot with parked regen. The tractor controlled regen can take over 3 hours and only drops the soot level to the mid 20s% to 30%.

 
A parked regen could last 30-60 minutes depending on the soot load. As mentioned in above posts, you need to use DLB to see if the dash switch is working. The dash switches are controlled by the body builder (Electronic System Controller/Body Controller) and will communicate to the ECM through the ESC.. Qlink network code

Your scan tool may not have access to run this test. With Detroit dl8 diagnostic program you have to run a regen first, power key off for 5 min then run scr efficiency test.
