Seattle FOI submitted the i130 for my wife on September 12th of last year. After checking the USCIS website every week for 11 months yesterday I finally saw a change. It had said being actively reviewed since September 15th forever. Then Isee it says August 02, 2023 yesterday.I130 changed to actively reviewing. Submitted everything in April. After biometrics 485 and EAD went to actively reviewing but my 131 and 130 just stayed as received. Got EAD approved in July and radio silence however my i130 just changed to actively reviewing.Actively reviewed on March, no news since then. Me too, my PD March 24,2022 for I130,I485,I756, I131, got ead card in April. I485 is activing now about 80 days ago, I 131 is still status " just recieved" since I apply my documents.PD May 6 '23, standalone i-130 consular processing in Mexico city. Married and living in Mexico city with my spouse (USC petitioner) and our newborn USC born in Mexico City. currently 4 month estimated time remaining, got actively reviewing case the same day we petitioned. Texas Service center.Now 485 says card being produced while I130 continues to show case is being actively reviewed even though my spouse who sponsored me sees the I130 approval notice in their account. Denver FO. Mine changed to actively reviewing, 5 days later I got a second actively reviewing, next day approval! 03/27/2023 Update- I-130 was approved and received RFE for medicals for I-485. FYI, I-130 was approved at Nebraska service center and got RFE from Charlotte, NC FO. I have a question- in anticipation of receiving the RFE for medicals, I got the I-693 related formalities done last year itself (May 2022). Standalone I-130 approved today . Filed online November 2022 - spouse of citizen . Texas then Nebraska processing. Next step NVC. ... Sent 12th and active review the 15th.
