Holds can be categorized into two types - temporary holds and permanent holds. Temporary holds are used when you want to deviate from the pre-programmed schedule for a short period.To do this, find the various schedules on the display on your thermostat. Press the set button to get past the time and day. When you get to a scheduled time you want to cancel, press the hold button for about 5 seconds. Once the numbers on your screen changes to zero, press “Set” to lock in the changes.The user can disable certain features of the thermostat . (See User System Setting Table on page 18 for details .)
