I was looking at some jobs and some say have experience using software x,y,z and others say have experience using a,b,c. It seems like you have to know certain systems and software and they're all different, so it seems like moving up would be difficult.The problem is usually when you are already in a 1550 job and decides to apply for a 2210 job series at another agency, who doesn't encounter 1550s.
