Hi guys, I've had a LR3 Connect for a few years and a couple of weeks ago I stopped getting notifications. That was the old app (litter robot). The first quick check is to make sure the waste drawer liner is fully inserted in the drawer and press the Reset button. If the liner is up too high, it can block the DFI, making the unit think the drawer is full. If the full notification persists after checking the liner, the DFI lenses might be dirty.I've heard that sometimes this comes loose during shipping. -I put the bonnet cover back on and reset it to the home position. Unplugged the unit. Pull the bonnet cover back off and pulled the bonnet completely out and inspected it, and put it back in making sure to align it properly. (Seat it correctly in the gear slots).Litter-Robot 4. Since the firmware update (at least I think the last update), every time my litter robot 4 cycles, it gets to about halfway (dumping the waste in the bin) and then it gets stuck.
