I had read that these things may mean weeks still left waiting (I had assumed I would still be late), so i continued life as usual (going to work, running errands, exercise routine, chasing after my 3-year-old).It can literally happen at any time regardless of your numbers. I was 0 dilated and 0 effaced and the next morning my water broke and full on labor set in. Had my baby a few hours later.
